Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event and any specific photography requests. GITSG Photography is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
5. Intellectual Property
All images captured by GITSG Photography are the property of GITSG Photography. Clients are granted a license to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images requires written permission from GITSG Photography.
6. Model Release
Clients grant GITSG Photography the right to use their images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
7. Limitation of Liability
GITSG Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of Kolkata.
9. Amendments
GITSG Photography reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
