2. Services Offered

GITSG Caterer provides a variety of catering services, including but not limited to event catering, corporate catering, and private party catering. Specific details of our services can be found on our website or by contacting our customer service.

2.1 Menu Selection

Clients are encouraged to review our menu options and make selections at least 15 days prior to the event date. Custom menu requests may be accommodated upon prior discussion.

2.2 Service Areas

Our catering services are primarily available in Kolkata. For events outside this area, please contact us for availability and additional charges.

3. Booking and Payment

To secure our services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.

3.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund of the deposit will be issued if cancellation occurs 15 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event, including date, time, location, and number of guests. Any changes must be communicated at least 10 days prior to the event.

5. Liability

GITSG Caterer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the catering services.

6. Food Safety Standards

We adhere to strict food safety standards. If any allergies or dietary restrictions are present, clients must inform us at the time of booking.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kolkata.

8. Changes to Terms

GITSG Caterer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
